Microsoft Unveils New Internet Appliance
REDMOND, WA - Not to be outdone by machines like Netpliance's I-Opener or 3Com's Audrey, Microsoft has thrown their hat into the internet appliance ring. The Wintoast ME is Microsoft's entry into this new market. Says Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates, "This is an exciting new technology that we hope to take in new directions, expanding on the ideas of the competition."
